Mack Mosier used his talents and 20 years of extensive construction experience to open his custom home builder and remodeling business based in Merritt Island, FL.  Whether Trade Wind is building a custom home on the ocean front of Cocoa Beach or doing a major remodeling project on the shores of Merritt Island, Mack has always taken a hands-on approach as  a home builder with each construction project to help build strong relationships between our customers and vendors. The use of high quality vendors and the relationship we have formed with them over the years has helped us to achieve our high level of success as a home builder.

When Mack first started the company, he made an agreement to himself to remain small but be the best home builder in the area. Mack and his team of construction professionals love working with people, and they stay very involved with the client from the design stage through final construction and warranty of the project. Our outstanding reputation as a quality home builder has grown throughout Melbourne, Rockledge, Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach.  We understand that our clients are placing a lot of trust in us when they choose Trade Wind’s as their builder and we are committed to giving each client the individual attention they deserve when building their dream project.

Mack stays personally involved in each home with the assistance of his staff, consisting of field superintendents, office staff and punch/warranty crew. As a home builder we also offer our clients the convenience of our in-house design company, Trade Wind Home Design, which allows the home buyer to save time and money by designing their home while at the same time consulting with Mack to see that the home stays within its desired construction budget.  Trade Wind Builders believes that any project is a work in progress and sometimes changes are part of that process, our team of construction professionals will work closely with you when a change occurs to insure minimal interruption of scheduling. From your first initial meeting to move-in day, Trade Wind Builders provides professional services to each client that only a  quality custom home builder can provide.
