They are passionate about their work, and we could tell they truly enjoyed helping us create our dream home. Everyone at Trade Winds went out of their way and were readily available to offer advice, keep us informed and answer the neverending list of questions that come along with remodeling a home. They gave us a timeline, stuck to it throughout the entire project, and finished exactly on time. This was huge for us as we were not able to live in the house while it was being remodeled. The Millers
We knew that building a home in Florida while living in Ohio would have its challenges. We needed to find a builder that understood our vision and was great at communicating, due to the distance. When we met with the team, we knew we had our builder. We developed rapport and trust with Trade Wind Builders very quickly. They were always listening and would give us options to make our best decisions. They cared about our home and it shows. The attention to detail is beyond anything we could have imagined. We didn't know anything about living oceanside, and Trade Wind Builders offered great suggestions and advice. The in-house designer was a bonus we didn't expect. She was able to sketch out and design spaces in the house, helping us to envision what a room would look like completed.Working with Trade Wind Builders was a pleasure and we would LOVE to work with them again.
