This charming project involved reimagining a former church office as a residential space. While preserving the cottage's intimate scale, we reconfigured the layout to create a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home.
The addition of a welcoming porch and distinctive shutters on new windows and doors completely transformed the exterior appearance and ambiance. The straightforward interior design yielded an open living area and delightful living-dining space.
Extensive landscaping created an accessible orchid patio garden and functional work shed. The interior showcases the owners' intricate handmade quilts and treasures collected during their extensive travels. We are currently developing a detached studio that will harmonize with the main residence on this spacious riverfront property in historic Cocoa.
