Located in a gated island community in Satellite Beach, this home received a comprehensive update from its 1980s origins. Our team removed walls and squared up rooms to create improved flow and a stronger connection to the outdoor spaces—elements that were notably absent in the original layout.

The renovation added a convenient guest bathroom and modernized the outdated staircase leading to the primary bedroom suite. The owners' suite was enhanced with a romantic electric fireplace, while the bathroom now features a luxurious soaker tub surrounded by elegant marble accents.
