This beachfront Cocoa Beach residence draws inspiration from Northeast waterfront homes. Working closely with the relocating owners and their interior designer, we created a distinctive Northern coastal aesthetic that showcases their existing furnishings and decorative antiques.

Features include stone fireplaces in both the living room and patio areas, custom shelving units crafted by our master carpenter, and hand-hewn wood floors on both levels. Practical amenities like an outdoor shower provide a convenient spot to rinse off after beach walks and a washing station for the family dog, Lily—for whom the house is named ("Lily's Pad").

Additional highlights include a bunk room above the garage accommodating four beds and a full bathroom for grandchildren, customized ceiling trim unique to each room, a kitchen ceiling clad in sun-reflecting tin, and even custom aluminum snow fencing details.
